Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms govern your use of CopyTemplates (“the Service”). By accessing or purchasing the Service at copytemplates.com, you agree to these Terms, which form a legally binding agreement between you and Shlomo Genchin (“we,” “us,” “our”).

2. What you get

A one-time purchase grants you lifetime access to the full library of copywriting techniques, AI prompts, Claude Skills, and example ads available at the time of purchase and any future additions. “Lifetime” means the lifetime of the product, i.e. as long as CopyTemplates is available and maintained. Access is personal and non-transferable.

3. Account & access

You sign in via Google or magic link (no passwords). Your account is for your personal use only. Sharing login credentials or redistributing paid content (prompts, skills, or example images) is prohibited and may result in termination of access.

4. Payment process (Paddle)

Our order process is handled by our payment partner, Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all purchases made through this website and securely processes all payments.

• Paddle acts as the seller of record for payment, billing, refunds, and chargebacks related to your purchase.
• Payment details, including card information, are processed securely by Paddle.
• Shlomo Genchin does not have access to, and does not store, view, or process any payment details or sensitive payment data. Only Paddle securely handles payment information.

Purchases are also subject to Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms.

5. Product information

Before purchasing, we make reasonable efforts to clearly present product details, pricing, and what’s included. Please review this information carefully before completing your purchase.

6. Product fulfillment

This is a digital product. After purchase, you’ll receive immediate access to all CopyTemplates materials. No physical shipping applies.

7. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked. To request a refund, contact us at Shlomo@unbore.com or through Paddle directly. Refunds are processed by Paddle as the seller of record.

8. Intellectual property

The prompts, skills, and curated descriptions are our original work. The example ad images remain the property of their respective brands and are displayed for educational commentary and analysis of copywriting techniques. If you are a rights holder and would like an image removed, please contact Shlomo@unbore.com and we will promptly take it down. Redistribution or resale of the paid content is not permitted without explicit permission.

9. Prohibited activities

You agree not to misuse the Service or engage in fraudulent or deceptive behavior, including unauthorized sharing of paid materials.

10. Chargebacks & disputes

If a chargeback occurs, Paddle manages the process directly with the payment provider. We encourage reaching out at Shlomo@unbore.com first so issues can be resolved before escalating.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about the results you’ll achieve using the techniques or prompts. CopyTemplates is an educational resource, not professional advice.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We’ll notify registered users of material changes via email.
